The customer made a decision to apply during the procurement the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on some issues of defense and public procurement of goods, works and services under martial law dated February 28, 2022 No. 169(with amendments) of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on some issues of defense and public procurement of goods, works and services under martial law dated 28.02.2022 No. 169 (with amendments), namely the implementation of public procurement using the simplified procurement procedure established by Lawonom of Ukraine "On public procurement".
