Description : The consulting services are required for developing the ITS/WIM Project and providing technical supervision in project implementation and operation phases.
The Assignment will be undertaken in three main phases.
The First Phase shall comprise the assistance of the selection of ITS/WIM locations, tender preparation and evaluation of the tender proposals for the ITS/WIM Project.
The Second Phase is project implementation covering the implementation phase (indicatively 1 year).
The Third Phase is operation support phase covering the first 2-months of the system operation.
