- Request for proposals are invited for Consulting Services on the Analysis of the Best International Practices in the Regulatory Audits of Natural Monopoly Entities in Electricity and Natural Gas Markets. Tetra Tech ES, Inc. is the prime implementer for USAID-s Energy Security Project (ESP) in Ukraine. The objective of this procurement is to conduct a benchmark of best practices and receive recommendations on potential improvement of NEURC-s approach to regulatory audit based on the international experience.
