Description:
The first stage: announcement of the selection of natural gas supplier. At this stage, participants interested in the supply of natural gas blood pressure are submitted through ETM or e -mail by all documents required by documentation for the selection of suppliers.Designed solely for the possibility of qualification of blood pressure from natural gas suppliers in order to further admit them to the next stage of procurement - reduction. After the end of the period of submission of proposals of the participants of the joint stock company, the documents are consideredDocumentation requires the winners*.* This stage provides for the possibility of determining the winners of the selection of all proposals that meet the conditions of documentation. According to the results of the first given stage between JSC and the companies that have been selected, the procurement agreement will be concluded.In Annex 4 to the documentation. The medium for the purchase of natural gas will be carried out on a monthly basis by using ETM. BP will be reduced among companies that have been selected at this stage.
