Subject of purchase: 1. Term (date) of delivery of the goods: until November 5, 2023 (in 3 batches according to the delivery schedule (Appendix No. 1 to the draft Contract). 2. Payments for the Goods are carried out by means of non-cash payments from the Customer's account to the Supplier's account after "appearance of Post".the head of the invoice for payment of the Goods and the invoice. Payments for the delivered Goods are made on the terms of deferred payment for a period of 30 banking days. In the event of a delay in budget financing, the payment for the delivered goods is made within 7 banking days from the date of receipt of the budget by the Customerof the purpose of financing the purchase to your registration account. 3. Sample requirements for the product: 3.1. Sample requirements for fresh cucumbers: 1) Fresh cucumbers (for fresh consumption) must comply with DSTU 3247-95 "Fresh cucumbers. Technical conditions", of the Law of Ukraine "On the main principleand requirements for the safety and quality of food products" and other requirements of legislation in the field of food circulation. 2) Fresh cucumbers must be packaged in wooden, cardboard boxes (boxes) or boxes made of polymer materials. Net weight of fresh cucumbers in wooden, cardboard boxes (boxesboxes) or boxes made of polymer materials should not exceed 10 kg. Each packaging unit must contain cucumbers of the same botanical and commercial grade.
