Description:
On-going repair services at the facility: "On-going repair of the driveway (road) from residential building No. 2 on Kyivskyi Lane to residential building No. 17 on Armiyskyi Lane in the Central district of the city of Mykolaiv"
Subject of procurement: Services must be provided in accordance with current state standardsin Ukraine, the Procedure for the Repair and Maintenance of Improvement Facilities in Settlements, approved by the Order of the State Housing and Community Farm of Ukraine dated 23.09.2003 No. 154, the Technical Rules for the Repair and Maintenance of Streets and Roads in Settlements, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Regional Development, Buildingsand housing and communal services of Ukraine dated 14.02.2012 No. 54. During the provision of the service, the Contractor is obliged to fulfill the requirements established by the legislation of Ukraine, as well as to comply with the requirements of the National Labor and Welfare Administration, the rules and norms of labor protection, safety technology, fire safety, and health protection me and natureprotective legislation.
