Current repair services (filling of frames and filling of damaged windows with OSB board) of the administration building of the Central District of the Mykolaiv City Council at the address: city of Mykolaiv, Inzhenerna Street, building 1
Subject of procurement: . Services are provided by the Contractor in compliance with the requirements of construction articlesstandards, norms and rules, including technical rules for the repair and maintenance of buildings and structures and adjacent territories, services for the repair of premises, buildings and structures (Order of the State Committee on Housing and Communal Affairs dated August 10, 2004. No. 150) and other legal acts in forceof the legislation governing the implementation of the obligations of the Parties set out in this Agreement. During the provision of the service, the Contractor is obliged to comply with the requirements established by the legislation of Ukraine, as well as to comply with the requirements of the Labor Code, rules and norms of labor protection, safety technology, fire safety,traffic, health and environmental legislation.
