Description:
Subject of procurement: In accordance with paragraph 3 of subsection 1 of paragraph 1 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on some issues of defense and public procurement of goods, works and services under martial law dated 28.02.2022 No. 169, customers (except those specified in the first and second paragraphs of this subparagraphy) (hereinafter referred to as the Resolution) carry out public procurement, the value of which is or exceeds UAH 50,000, using the electronic catalog and/or the procedure for conducting simplified procurement established by the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement" (hereinafter referred to as the Law). Thus, taking into account the costthe limits provided by the Resolution for this procurement, and the existing need for its implementation, there is a need to make a decision on the implementation of the Procurement in the order of simplified procurement established by the Law.
