In Tetiiv, Belotserkivskyi district of Kyiv region, there is a need to create a hostel for workers. This request is a premises that requires repair and arrangement.1. Output • Object - an existing building (number of floors - 2, indicative area: 340 m2) • The room has communications supplied (electricity, water, sewage,) company employees (approximately 25 people) .2. Project Task The composition of a commercial proposal should include the development of design Project. Develop Design project, which includes: • planning solutions taking into account the number of residents, public areas, bathrooms, kitchens, laundry, places for storage of things. Ergonomics and Energy Efficiency Recommendations • Considering the current building codes and sanitary requirements. materials layout, furniture specifications and equipment without linking to manufacturers). Requirements to performer • Experience in performing such works (provide examples of realized objects) • Availability of a team of designers and architects 3D visualization tools. The expected result of value: • a set Project Documentation in printed and electronic form. • 3D visualization • Specification of materials and equipment. Additional Information • Customer provides access to the object and output (plans, technical passports, video on request). • All The rights to the project are transferred to the customer after execution.
