Tenders are invited for Design of SCADA Dispatch Control System for Communal Utility Kyivteploenergo. Rfp Issuance Date: September 27, 2021 Submission Deadline: October 25, 2021. Tetra Tech is the implementer of the Energy Security Project (ESP) which is a 5-year project funded by the United States Agency for International Development. One of specific directions of the USAID ESP is to provide technical assistance to municipal stakeholders in the implementation of DH sector reforms and projects to improve overall performance and management of their DH systems, and the efficiency, affordability, and reliability of heat supply. SCADA for the dispatching control of CU KYIVTEPLOENERGO (hereinafter - KTE DC SCADA). KTE DC SCADA shall be a complex of separate automatic dispatch control systems exchanging information flows, both those existing today and those newly implemented to deal with the production activities of structural units of KYIV HEATING NETWORK, Kyiv CHPs, ENERGIYA Plant, AVTOTRANSPORT, ENERGOZBUT and Management apparatus CU KYIVTEPLOENERGO.
