Subject of purchase: 4.1. The buyer makes payment for the actually delivered goods by transferprotection of funds from the Buyer's current account in the amount of 100% (one hundred percent) of the value of the goods actually delivered, after signing the invoice, within 20 (twenty) calendar days from the day the Buyer receives the duly executed original invoice of the Supplier and (onceand if the Supplier is a VAT payer) of a properly executed tax invoice/calculation of adjustment to the tax invoice in electronic form and registered in the Unified Register of Tax Invoices (hereinafter referred to as the Unified Register of Tax Invoices) in the order and terms determined by tax legislation. 5.1. Delivery of the Goodsis carried out during the term of this Agreement by separate batches based on the Buyer's Order. 5.2. Place of delivery (handover) of the Goods: Buyer's warehouse: 65026, Ukraine, Odesa, Mytna ploshcha, 1, on the terms of DDP, Buyer's warehouse (Incoterms 2020).
