The tender includes the implementation of the following activities: holding a 1-day strategic session with the Media Strategic Session (Hybrid format: Offline in Kiev with online parting part of the team) or 2-day online sessions up to 3 hours Development of Fandering Strategy, according to the results of a strategic session. The developed strategy is expected to be aimed at diversification of media financing sources, improving the financial sustainability and organizational capacity
