Description of the tender for the development of organizational potential of NGO "Good Dnipro" Purpose of the tender: involvement of professional contractors or consultants to conduct measures aimed at improving the efficiency of the organization, improving management processes, developing strategic documents and strengthening public presence. Main tasks: 1. Develop a strategic plan for 2025-2026: • holding strategic sessions with the organization team. • Creation of a document containing mission, vision, key directions and development goals. 2. Development of internal organizations of the organization: • creation and implementation of policies such as anti -corruption, gender equality, children's protection, etc. • Teaching teams on the use and observance of politicians. 3. Development and launch of the official website of the organization: • design, programming and filling of the site. • integration of the site with social networks to enhance the visibility of the organization.
