- The program, as part of which is ordered by the "Initiative of Sectoral Support for Civil Society", the public organization "Mystetsky Hutor" of the cores "was established in 2020. At present, the organization has a formed purpose, but in order to have a clear vision and development strategy, it is necessary to prescribe goals and tasks, analyze stakeholders and stakeholders of the organization and develop a strategic and operational plans of the organization. Activity scheduled to spend grant funds (Form of Service Presentation) conducting a facilited two-day strategic planning session (total 12 working hours) within which the strategic plan of the organization for 2021 -2024 gg and operational plan for 2021 will be developed r.; Expected result: a 7-day facilitated strategic planning session has been conducted, a fundraising strategic plan of the organization for 2021-12024 and an operating plan for 2021 has been developed.
