Description:
Congratulations, in order to convert personnel documents into electronic form in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine, the company is considering proposals for the provision of services for the implementation of EDO. For this, we need: 1) an analysis of the current state of personnel document flow, business processes and data storage systems; 2) determination of the necessary personnel documents to be converted into electronic format; 3) assessment of the company's technical and organizational readiness for the implementation of EDO; 4) assistance in the development of a methodology and a comprehensive scheme of implementation; 5) to optimize business processes taking into account the specifics functioning of KEDO systems; 6) develop a scheme for EDO integration with existing IT systems (HRM, ERP, accounting, document management). 7) ensure compliance of processes with legislative requirements; 8) participate in the selection, configuration and implementation of a technical platform for KEDO; 9) participate in the preparation of training materials for personnel, and scaling the system to other divisions of the company. A commercial proposal is required in an arbitrary form according to the list of requirements in the TOR.
