Description:
NGO City Initiatives Agency announces an open tender for involving a specialist or communication team/agency for the development of a communicative strategy for the period 2026-2027. The purpose of the tender to create a holistic communicative strategy that will increase the organization's recognition, enhance the involvement of targeted audiences, ensure the sustainability of communications and support the achievement of the organization's strategic goals. The main tasks are to analyze the current communication practices of the organization (audit). Determine the target audiences of the organization (internal and external). Conduct communication sessions and form key messages according to the mission, vision and goals of the organization. Develop a communication strategy that will include: strategic communication goals; communication tools and channels (online, offline, media, etc.); content approach (formats, frequency, style); Timeline implementation; crisis communications and reactions to reputational risks; efficiency monitoring and evaluation system (KPI).
