Announces: NGO "Internews-Ukraine" in the framework of: preparation for the grant application on the platform Isar "Unity" Initiative: The Ukrainian Media and Society Fund (UMSF) Duration Policy, management structure and model of government, operational plan for the first year of activity. Extended results: Fandraise policy: types of sources, risks, principles of financing; Documented board structure (role, responsibility, accountability); Annual operational plan with KPI, stages of launching activities and responsible; Conducting at least 2 meetings with the Fund team to reconcile the logic of documents. Requirements for the candidate: experience of preparation of politicians and organizational documents for CSDs, funds, donor structures; Knowledge of fundraising principles, including international practice; Practical experience of strategic planning facilitation.
