Description:
NGO European Youth Democratic Network (hereinafter referred to as EDYN Ukraine) announces a tender for the choice of service provider for a strategic session, the formation of a strategic plan for 2026-2028 and an operational plan for 2026. Purchase aimed at a clear priority determinationin activity, formation of roadmap, mobilization of resources and strengthening of strategic partnerships.
The purpose of the tender is the selection of a professional consultant or company specializing in the development of strategic and operational plans for civil society organizations, for conductinga strategic session aimed at analyzing the organization's activities, identifying new priorities and renewing strategic vision.
The service is ordered within the framework of the program "Strong Civil Society of Ukraine - the Movement of Reforms and Democracy".

The amount of work:
1. Analysis of current actsorganization.
2. Holding a three -day strategic session with the CSO team (offline, in Kyiv).
3. Development and approval of the Project of the Organization Development Strategy for 2026-2028.
4. Development and approval of the operating plan for 2026 according to strategic goals.
