Description:
Purchase item: Purchase is carried out in accordance with paragraph 12 of the peculiarities that it is established that in the case of purchase of goods, the cost of which is or exceeds UAH 100 thousand, using an electronic catalog, the customer is selected by the supplier by requesting a price request Supplier proposals in accordance with the Procedure for the formation and use of the electronic catalog, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Decree No. 822 of September 14, 20120. The panel is transmitted through the coupons of paper, plastic or sketch cards with a face value of 10-40 l. The duration of the fuel coupons must be at least 2 months from the date of transfer of them to the customer. The action of paper, plastic or sketch cards should be distributed in the Kherson region and Ukraine. The gas stations should be located in the territory of Kherson, village. Chernobayivka and at a distance of not more than 10 km from the objects of the Chernobayev territorial community.
