The Customer undertakes to accept and pay the Supplier the cost of Fuel in accordance with the procedure and under the conditions specified in this Agreement. Gas stations at which refueling will be carried out must be located within a radius of up to five kilometers from the location of the customer (Kyiv region, Bilotserkiv district, Volodarka village, Kotsyubynskogo str., building 25).
