- Purchase item: 1. The participant must be the owner of the gas stations, to have a developed network of own stationary gas stations (hereinafter referred to as the gas station) (at least five), which are located within Ternopil and within the radius of 15km from Ternopil.2. The term of the coupons must be at least 1 (one) year from the moment of signing the invoice.3. Delivery of goods in coupons (10 liters or 20 liters) is carried out at the expense of the supplier.4. The coupons on the goods must operate throughout Ukraine.5. If it is necessary to replace coupons (spoiling, expiration of the coupons, the contract, etc.), the customer is entitled, and the participant is obliged to carry out their equivalent exchange at the litigation in liters.6. Payment of the goods by the buyer is made in a non -cash form by transferring funds to the supplier's account within 30 calendar days from the moment of receipt of coupons.
