Description:
Purchase item: diesel (Euro 5), coupon. The participant must be the owner of the gas stations, to have a developed network of own stationary gas stations (hereinafter referred to as the gas station) (at least five), which are located within Ternopil and within 10km of Ternopil.2. The term of the coupons should be at least six months from the moment of signing the contract.3. Delivery of goods in coupons (10 l. Or 20 liters 30l) is carried out at the expense of the supplier.4. The coupons on the goods must operate throughout Ukraine.5. If it is necessary to replace coupons (spoiling, expiration of the coupons, the contract, etc.), the customer is entitled, and the participant is obliged to carry out their equivalent exchange at the litigation in liters.6. To confirm the compliance of the proposed goods with the above technical, qualitative and quantitative characteristics, the participant at the request of the Customer provides a copy of the certificate of conformity and/or passport/certificate of quality and/or other document confirming the quality of the goods that was delivered by the participant for each name Procurement.7. Payment of the goods by the buyer is made in a non -cash form by transferring funds to the supplier's account.
