The procurement is carried out in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 11.11.2022 No. 1275 some issues of defense procurement for the period of legal regime of martial law with changes. Mandatory presence of gas stations in the territory of regions and in regional centers:Vinnytsia, Volyn, Zhytomyr, Transcarpathian, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Lviv, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Poltava, Rivne, Sumy, Ternopil, Kharkiv, Khmelnitskaya, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, Chernivtsi. And also be sure to have at least 1 gas stations in cities:Odessa, Kharkiv, Lviv, Izmail, Southern, smt. Kryve Lake, village. Lighthouse, Nikolaev. The coupons should be 10, 20 liters, having a duration of at least one year from the moment of their receipt and acting on all gas stations. Coupons should be made on plastic media, contain an emblemtrademark, indication of the type (brand) of the product and denomination, the card must be applied to the card, holographic image and other degrees of protection. Fuel coupons should be operated throughout Ukraine.
