Diesel fuel (in the form of coupons). 1. The presence of fuel coupons of a single model (single brand) containing the name of the gas station network (gas station brand) with denominations of 10 l., 20 l. which are valid within the borders of Ukraine, the validity period of which must be at least 365 days from the moment of their receipt The customer. 2. Mandatory location of gas stations on the highway Kyiv - Odesa (at least 2) and mandatory presence in the following settlements: Kyiv (at least 30), Odesa (at least 10), Kherson or within a radius of 5 km from the administrative border of Kherson (at least 1). 3. The presence of gas stations with alternative power sources in all regions of Ukraine and the possibility of 24-hour service, except for the territory of certain districts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions and temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic Crimea. 4. Purchase volume (quantity): diesel fuel 3200 l. 5. Place of delivery of the goods: the goods are delivered to the address of the Supplier's warehouse. The date of delivery of fuel materials is considered to be the date of receipt of fuel materials by the Customer and signature authorized representatives of the Parties of the invoice. 6. In accordance with the resolution of the CMU dated 02.03.2022 No. 178, the provision of transportation with petroleum products is subject to value added tax at a zero rate.
