Terms of delivery of the Product: 1. The delivered product must meet the specified technical specifications. qualitative and quantitative requirements specified in the Customer's application. All technical characteristics of the offered product must be no worse (no lower) than those of the ordered product. 2. Term of postProduct sales: until August 15, 2023. 3. Transportation costs, loading and unloading operations and moving the goods to the Customer's warehouse are carried out by the Supplier. Transportation costs are included in the price of the product offered by the Participant. The price includes start-up and adjustment works. 4. The product mustbe new, of good quality and undamaged. If a defect is detected, it is necessary to replace the corresponding product with one that meets the stated technical (quality) requirements within 5 (five) working days at the expense of the Supplier. 5. When delivering the goods, the supplier must provide a passport in which it is registeredthe serial number, completeness, date of issue, warranty period of operation, certified by the manufacturer's stamp must not be indicated.
