NGO "Dixie Group" announces a competition for the provision of technical expert on energy efficiency of communities within the framework of projects "Promoting decentralization of the energy system, safety and stability through increasing the capacity communities. The technical expert on community energy efficiency will be responsible for the energy survey of selected communities and providing the relevant technical report on the state of energy consumption of communities for further development of local energy plans that communities should be developed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Energy Efficiency".
