Dixi Group NGO announces an expert services competition with experience in the protection of vulnerable consumers or the study of energy poverty, which is motivated to help the Ukrainian authorities bring the regulatory framework in the field of vulnerable consumers to the EU legislation. Expected services also include the development of information and analytical products to disseminate recommendations in the field of vulnerable consumer protection; Participation in training events for journalists. Services and expected results: Basic: preparation of recommendations and participation in the process of developing the order of determination of vulnerable consumers of the CMU; AD HOC analysis of the NPA in the field of vulnerable consumer protection and preparation of recommendations, in particular to plan the policy of reducing the share of vulnerable population; development and implementation of a regular information product for the dissemination of recommendations and applied European experience in the field of vulnerable consumers' protection; participation in training activities for journalists in order to inform the existing consumer protection tools and encourage the use of the developed products; Development of information and analytical products to strengthen consumer ...
