Dixie Group NGO announces a competition for providing research, evaluation and preparation of energy transparency index 2022 (index) within the USAID Energy Sector Transparency Project. three experts will be selected according to the competition. Tasks and expected results: Basic updates of the index construction methodology (research on structure, set of indicators (including changes in EU legislation, best world practices and transparency standards), sampling for evaluation, analysis methods , format of presentation of results, etc.); Evaluation of transparency indicators, analysis and formation of recommendations in individual content directions (sections) of the index; Editing and verification of transparency indicators table; Preparation of analytical materials on the results of evaluation for the formation of the final report (for publication) and presentation. additional participation in work meetings, meetings and presentations of the index; Participation in the preparation of information and analytical materials on the basis of the index for publication in the media, social networks; Documentation, preparation of intermediate and final reporting for the sum of ...
