Description:
Dixie Group NGO announces a competition for the supply of implementation of European legislation in energy in Ukraine, in particular on maintaining renewable energy. The competition takes place as part of the USAID Transparent Energy Sector. Description of expected services: assessment of approaching EU law acts, including a framework directive for the support of RES and relevant acts (regulations); Search for the relevant specific act of EU law of normative legal acts of Ukraine, a pedagogical analysis of their conformity; Identification of progress of implementation, preparation of proposals for bringing the NPA of Ukraine in accordance with EU law; Preparation of relevant documents (filled tables) on the results of the provision of services, which provides for the collection and streamlining of information under the given structure; Participation in working meetings, meetings and activities of the prose group; Preparation of reporting on the results of the work performed.
