Description:
Dixie Group's public organization announces a competition for providing services to update an internal provision for sub-projects. In order to optimize the work of the organization, the Dixie Group is looking for a consultant for upgrading, and bringing to the best practices and requirements of the donors of the current position of the Dicks Group, namely: the provision for subgrans - (hereinafter referred to as the provision). Description of the expected services: Analysis of the current provision on subgrans and related provisions of the organization; Providing proposals for improvement, updating and bringing to the best practices, taking into account donor requirements (directly, but not exclusively taking into account USAID requirements); development of templates for project applications and budgets, as well as technical and financial statements for sub recipients; providing a coordinated final version of the Regulations. The service life is to "25" October 2021. Evaluation of proposals will take place on the following criteria: experience in developing provisions and policies for non-profit organizations performed by USAID projects.
