DK 021: 2015: 77310000-6: Landscaping services and maintenance of green space The announcement of open bidding shall be published in accordance with the peculiarities of public procurement of goods, works and services for the customers provided for in the Law of Ukraine “On Public Procurement”, during the period of the legal regime of martial law in Ukraine and within 90 days from the date of its termination or cancellation, approved by the CMU Resolution of 12.10.2022. Pursuant to paragraph 38 of the peculiarities, the date and time of the tender proposals, the date and time of the electronic auction shall be determined by the electronic procurement system automatically on the day of the customer's announcement of the announcement of open bidding in the electronic procurement system.
