Subject of purchase: Payment procedure: cashless (after presentation by the winning Participant of a properly executed goods and transport invoice in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation, which must contain an impression of the seal (except for the winning Participants that carry out activities without a seal according too with current legislation) and the signature of the winning Participant. Payment for the Goods by the BUYER is made within 10 banking days from the day the BUYER receives the funds to pay for the Goods, taking into account the first part of Article 23 of the Budget Code of Ukraine regarding the BUYER's payment obligations if there isof the corresponding budget allocation (budget allocations). The quality of the Product must meet the quality conditions for this type of product according to regulatory documents (TU, GSTU, SOU, ISO, TU, the Law of Ukraine "On Basic Principles and Requirements for the Safety and Quality of Food Products". Each batch of goodsru must be accompanied by documents (certified by signature and seal) confirming the quality, quantity, weight of the goods, origin, safety, compliance with state standards (type, category, date of manufacture at the enterprise, period of sale, storage conditions, etc.) In the accompanying documentsabout the quality of products, the following should be indicated: the name of the food product, the name and address of the manufacturer, net weight, composition, date of manufacture, expiration date and storage conditions, data on nutritional and energy value.
