Purchase type: goods Classifier and its corresponding code: DK 021:2015: 09130000-9 — Oil and distillates Diesel fuel is released in bulk batches. The product will be delivered in batches during 2025. The minimum possible volume of one-time supply (in bulk) is from 0.083 tons to 1.468 tons (according to the Customer's needs). Each batch of goods must be delivered in accordance with the Customer's application in the quantities and within the specified terms, which are specified in the customer's application. In case of violation of the delivery terms and quantities, the Supplier shall pay the Customer fines in the amount of 80% of the contract value. During the transfer of the Goods, must have a certified liquid meter for accounting of the Goods.
