The delivery of the goods must be carried out on a motor vehicle that designed and equipped for food products. Simultaneously with the transfer of each batch of Goods, the Supplier shall hand over to the Customer one original copy of the goods and transport invoice and the invoice for the release of the goods and the documents confirming product quality. Without the presence of the specified accompanying documents and violation of other terms of the Agreement, the Products will not be accepted!!!
