The term of delivery of the Goods: until December 31, 2026. Delivery of the Goods is carried out at the Customer's address, which is specified in Appendix 2 to the Agreement and specified in the application (hereinafter - the application). The Goods are delivered in separate batches according to the Customer's request. The volume of each batch is determined by the Customer depending on the actual need. A batch of Goods under the Contract shall be deemed to be the delivery of the Goods in the amount specified for each separate application of the Customer.
