Description:
Subject of purchase: The offered Product must be properly registered in Ukraine in accordance with the procedure prescribed by law and meet national and/or international standards. The delivery of the Product is carried out at the supplier's expense according to the customer's request. Each batch of goods has an escortbe accompanied by documents valid at the time of their delivery to the customer, confirming the origin of the product, its safety and quality (declarations of conformity, quality certificates/passports or other similar documents confirming the conformity of the product with the requirements established for it as universally binding on the territorythe history of Ukraine by norms and rules) The supplier must ensure proper conditions for storage and transportation of medical products. The container and packaging must meet the requirements established for this type of product and protect the products from damage and deterioration during transportation. Expiry date of the productsiv at the time of delivery of the product must be at least 75% of the total shelf life specified by the manufacturer. Place of delivery of goods: str. Kharkivska, 30-B, Bilyaivka, Odesa region, 67600. Delivery period: until December 31, 2024.
