Description:
Subject of procurement: Delivery of the Goods for the performance of this Agreement is carried out until 12/31/2024 in parts based on the customer's request. The Goods are delivered by the Supplier free of charge from the Supplier's warehouse or trade network to the Customer's address. The place of delivery (handover) of the goods is at the Order addressof KNP "MCRL" (address: 62472, Kharkiv Region, Kharkiv District, Merefa, Dniprovska St., 148). - accompanying documents). The Customer accepts the Goods: by quantity according to the invoice; in terms of quality - in accordance with the documentation provided for in Section 2 of this Agreement. The Supplier's obligations regarding the delivery of the Goods are considered to be fulfilled in full from the moment the Goods are transferred to the Customer's ownership at the place of delivery and the signing of the relevantpacking slips (goods accompanying documents). Loading and unloading operations are carried out by the Supplier at its own expense. The goods must be handed over to the Customer in the packaging of the manufacturer. The packaging of the Goods must protect it from damage during transportation and damage duringwith storage within the expiration date. Goods received unpacked or in improper packaging must be replaced by the Supplier at its own expense within 2 days from the date of delivery.
