Subject of purchase: 1) In connection with the lack of technical realization of the possibility to select the sign "Without VAT" in the electronic field "Expected cost", we inform you that the expected cost of the purchase is UAH 1,643,895.20 (One million six hundred forty three thousand eight hundred nine it costs five hryvnias and 20 kopecks) WITHOUT VAT. 2) INN: Amphotericin B - lipid complex. 3) In compliance with the requirements of Clause 57 of the Resolution of the CMU of September 14, 2020 No. 822 "On Approval of the Procedure for Forming and Using the Electronic Catalogue", the following information is entered in this electronic field: Terms payment: Payment for the Product is madeI am a CUSTOMER on the terms of advance payment, taking into account the provisions of budget legislation and regulatory legal acts regulating the issue of advance payment. Advance payment under this Agreement is made by the CUSTOMER within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of provision by the SUPPLIER withensuring the return of the advance payment in the form of a bank guarantee and on the condition that the SUPPLIER complies with the requirements specified in p. 3.6.-3.10. Agreement. 4) Place of delivery: Products are delivered on the terms of DAP - the CUSTOMER's warehouse (on the territory of Ukraine).
