Purchase subject: 1. Supply of goods should hereto exist within 3 (three) working days from the moment of receipt of a written application from the Customer, by transport and at the expense of the Supplier at the address: str. Lenska (Kraivydna) 45 m. Zaporizhzhia, Zaporizhzhia region, 69096, Ukraine. 2. The expiration date of the goods at the time of delivery to the Customer's warehouse mustdiscount at least 80% of the total shelf life of the product. If the product turns out to be defective during the expiration date, the Supplier is obliged to replace the defective product. All costs associated with the replacement of goods of inadequate quality shall be borne by the Supplier. 3. Payment is made by the Customer during30 calendar days after the delivery of the Goods to the pharmacist's warehouse, in case of lack of financing - after the delivery of the Goods, according to the receipt of financing for the purchase to your registration account.
