And in connection with the continuation of the quarantine, the resolution of the CMU "On the establishment of quarantine and the introduction of restrictive anti-epidemic measures to prevent the spread of the acute respiratory disease COVID-19 on the territory of Ukraine,caused by the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus" dated 09.12.2020 No. 1236. Quarantine due to COVID-19 and the state of emergency for the unified state system of civil protection have been extended throughout Ukraine until December 31, 2022. The simplified procurement procedure is carried out on the basis of Clause 3-1 of Chapter X "Prykintsevand the transitional provisions" of the Law "On Public Procurement" No. 1599
