Subject of purchase: Subject of contract - DK 021:2015, code 09130000-9 Oil and distillates, Gasoline A-95, trademark (brand) of gas station "OKKO" fuel cards (coupons) of the established form of a single model. The delivery of the Goods is carried out in parts (lots) during the term of the contract, according to the Buyer's requestsby issuing the Goods using fuel cards (coupons) through the network of gas stations "OKKO". With the possibility of accounting for fuel cards (coupons) through a personal account (not a paper form). The transfer of fuel cards (coupons) from the Issuer to the Buyer is carried out within 2 working days from the moment of signing the documentsof the invoice. The Buyer undertakes to pay the cost of the part (batch) of the goods transferred into his ownership within 90 (ninety) working days from the moment the Parties sign the invoice for the goods transferred into ownership, by transferring funds to the Seller's current account.the seller is obliged to ensure the storage of the Goods purchased by the Buyer during the validity period of the fuel cards (coupons). The payment form is cashless. The validity period of the fuel cards (coupons) is at least 12 (twelve) months from the moment of transfer to the Customer, with the possibility of extending their validity period. Nominal of fuel cards (coupons) - 10, 20 liters. The Seller undertakes to issue the Goods to the Customer by refueling through fuel dispensers in the fuel tank of motor vehicles or in containers at gas stations, in particular: at least 10 (ten) gas stations in the territory of Kyiv, one of which must be located...
