Subject of purchase: MTX according to the profile of goods specified in the draft contract (Appendix 1). The delivered product must meet the medical and technical and quality characteristics specified in Appendix 1 to the Agreement (Specification). The delivery of the Goods is carried out by oneby batch until 14.12.2023 by written application. The delivered goods must have: declarations on the compliance of medical products with the requirements of the relevant technical regulations in accordance with the legislation, together with their annexes (if available), quality certificates from the manufacturer (if available),and other documents, the availability of which is provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.
