- Purchase item: Section II. Requirements for the supply of goods that are subject to purchase2.1. The whole product offered by the participant should be new (not in use) .2.2. The product must meet the requirements of labor, ecology and fire safety.2.3. The supply of goods is carried out at: 01014, Kyiv, str. Bolsunovskaya, 6, warehouse on the 9th floor. 2.4. The delivery of the goods is carried out by the supplier of one batch, not later than 7 (seven) working days from the date of signing of the contract, at the expense of the supplier. 2.5. When delivering the goods, the supplier is obliged to transfer the following documents to the buyer: invoice, invoice. 2.6. Acceptance of goods by quantity and quality is carried out by the parties in the manner provided by the current legislation of Ukraine.2.7. Settlements for the delivered goods are made by non-cash transfer of funds by the buyer to the current account of the supplier within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of signing by the parties of the invoice and providing the supplier to the buyer invoice for payment of the goods.
