- The customer does not consider the proposals of counterparties of any form of ownership with the final beneficiaries in the Russian Federation and RB, preference is given to VAT payers. Comparison of proposals is made for each position in UAH with VAT, taking into account the terms of payment - the number of days of delaying payment, time of executionworks, installation period. The proposals from the FOP or LLC of the 3rd Single Tax of non-payers of VAT at the price will be compared to the price without VAT from VAT payers. The commercial proposal must be supplemented by an excel calculation, the amount of which corresponds to the KP provided and includes on positional detail,The final cost, the cost of delivery, the cost of installation, the delivery time, the terms of the payment. The participants will undergo the internal qualification selection of the customer, which will directly influence the decision -making of the decisions on the installation are conducted according to the scheduleThe customer considers only the proposals of suppliers providing certificates of conformity and other necessary documents, the document management takes place in EDO (honey or timely) provided prices and conditions of payment are recorded in the contract agreed between the customer and the supplier1.E.Customer agreement2.Ans of delivery and installation - until June 1, after confirmation of the order, is actually indicated by the supplier in the commercial offer.3.3.The payment of payment: desired delaying payment for the goods - from 10 calendar days. The actual conditions are indicated in the commercial proposal.
