Description:
The Faino Market chain of stores announces a commercial tender for the purchase of A-95 gasoline and diesel fuel. • The customer considers commercial offers only submitted within the E-Tender platform. Suppliers who submit bids in any other way will be blacklisted for all future bids purchases. • The customer does not consider offers from counterparties of any form of ownership, which have final beneficiaries in the Russian Federation and Belarus. • Only VAT payers are considered, accordingly, the price of the tender offer is submitted with VAT. • Tenders are conducted at the price of individual items. According to the price criterion, the customer determines the winner, at the lowest price of the tender offer. Taking into account the terms of payment. Preference is given to proposals with postponement and the possibility of keeping a constant reserve volume according to the needs of the Customer, for fuel cards, the presence of a network of gas stations in the Kirovohrad region, Cherkasy region, for SE for trucks availability of own station/partner's station within 5-10 km from RC Kropyvnytskyi, st. Persha Vystavkova 37E. • Each of the participants will undergo internal qualification selection of the Customer, which will directly influence the decision-making process. • The Customer considers only offers from counterparties that provide certificates and other necessary documents. • Procurement takes place in accordance with the standard contract of the Customer. • In case of sale of high-quality, suitable goods, the purchase contract will be transferred to long-term cooperation. • Suppliers who have not filled out the RFI list Appendix No. 2 - will not be considered for selection the winner. • The customer reserves the right to cancel the purchase, or to make a decision without providing explanations or comments.
