The supplier carries out delivery of the Goods according to the Customer's application every day until 7:00 a.m. The moment of delivery is considered the date of arrival of the Goods at the Customer's address. The goods must be delivered in a special vehicle (refrigerator). The customer does not accept the goods upon delivery transport not equipped with refrigeration equipment. Violation by the Supplier of the conditions set forth in clause 1.7. of the Agreement is a fact of improper fulfillment of the terms of the Agreement....
