Subject of procurement: Procurement is carried out in accordance with the Cabinet resolution Ministers of Ukraine fromOctober 12, 2022 No. 1178 "On approval of the specifics of public procurement of goods, works and services for customers provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement" for the period of the legal regime of martial law in Ukraine and within 90 days from the date of its termination or cancellation(with amendments) and in accordance with the Procedure for the formation and use of the electronic catalog, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated September 14, 2020 No. 822 (with amendments). METHOD (TERMS) OF DELIVERY: the goods must be delivered to the Buyer no later than 29.12.2023, inclusive, according to the previous clauseby the Buyer's formal application in the amount and within a period not exceeding 5 (five) calendar days from the moment the Supplier receives the Buyer's application. PAYMENT TERMS: payment for the goods provided by the Supplier is made upon delivery, if available and within the limits of the relevant budget allocations, pwithin 30 (thirty) calendar days. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: in order to ensure the fulfillment of obligations under the Agreement, the Supplier provides the Buyer, at the time of signing the Agreement, with an ORIGINAL BANK GUARANTEE to ensure the fulfillment of the Agreement.
