Subject of procurement: Detailed information on the necessary technical, qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the subject of procurement (volume of the subject of procurement) is provided in Appendix 2 "Specification" to the tender documentation. Place of delivery of goods and provision of services: Ukraine, Kyiv. Term of delivery of goods and provisionservices: - software in electronic form: within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of signing the contract; - access to technical support from the manufacturer: within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of signing the contract. The term of providing services for technical support of the manufacturer is during12 (twelve) months from the date specified by the supplier in the confirmation letter of the subscription to technical support from the manufacturer; Term of providing the software configuration service: within 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing by the authorized persons of the parties of the act of acceptance - beforesoftware development in electronic form.
