- Subject of purchase: Post-payment (100%) after delivery of goods within 20 calendar days. Payment of the invoice and act of acceptance and transfer of goods of the Supplier must be made by the Consumer within the terms specified in the invoice and act of acceptance and transfer of goods, within 14 calendar days from the date of its acceptancei, but no later than the 20th (inclusive) of the month following the place of supply of electricity. According to Article 23 of the Budget Code of Ukraine, budget obligations and payments from the budget are made only if there is a corresponding budget allocation. In case of delay in financing, the Consumer is herethere are settlements with the Supplier within 20 calendar days from the date of receipt of funds to his account.
