The beginning of the supply of electric energy to the Consumer is the date specified in the application for connection, which is Appendix 1 to this Agreement, but not earlier than the date of change Supplier, which is confirmed by the corresponding notification of the Commercial Accounting Administrator. 3.2 The Consumer has the right to freely change the Supplier in accordance with the procedure defined by the PRREE and the terms of this Agreement. 3.3. The Supplier under this Agreement does not have the right to demand from the Consumer any other payment for electric energy, which is not specified in the commercial offer, which is Appendix 2 to this Agreement.
